Order FAQ

1. Please confirm the size and color specifications before placing an order. We do not provide combined order service.
After sending, you agree to the purchase specifications. You cannot change or cancel the order at will. If you need to cancel the order, you must submit it within 72 hours.

2. There is an add-on period for pre-orders, and there will be a reminder on the product page.
If you have plans to go abroad, go on a business trip, or study abroad during the pre-order period, please consider your purchase as it cannot be shipped in advance.

3. Please place separate orders for pre-ordered products and ready-made products (if not placed separately, the pre-ordered products will be shipped together after all the pre-ordered products are available).


4. If you receive defective, wrong goods or any problems, please keep the goods intact and do not cut the tags or put them in the water.
And respond to customer service within 7 days from the day after receiving the package, and personnel will handle the follow-up for you.

5. To protect the rights of both parties, please be sure to videotape the entire unboxing process to ensure that no goods are missing.

6. If the package cannot be picked up by the supermarket due to an incorrect filling in the recipient name and the package is returned, you will need to bear the re-send shipping fee of 70 yuan.

7. If the package arrives at the store and is returned after the expiry date, you will need to bear the 70 yuan re-sending fee.

8. To track the progress of your order, please register and log in as a member. E-mail notifications will also be sent when the order is completed and the goods are shipped, so please take advantage of it.

9. Due to the time-consuming air parcel delivery in overseas areas and the cumbersome cross-border refund operations, we cannot provide return and exchange services for overseas members. If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please provide detailed photos of the defects and errors within 7 days from the day after you sign for the package. Report it to customer service and leave your membership account number/order number/mobile phone number, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

10. If an overseas buyer returns the product on his own, Twenty Five Plus will not accept it, and the shipping and related costs will be borne by the buyer.

11. Bra tops and leggings are underwear and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
